Kudos to and for her! Keith worked with us as well and he was very nice, patient and helpful. Never felt like anyone was being condescending. The only weird thing was that the finance department did not find us the best percentage rate and did not seem to look at the places that we asked them to look - we were given a 5.5% rate - but asked them to look at Pima Federal Credit Union as we had researched and found a 3.6% rate...which, after Sam went back to them, they were able to get for us. Other than that - it was was top rate. (as with all new car buying - it takes soooo long... if that could be streamlined - it would be oh-so-much-better. But that's all over the place, not Kia. More

Honest, helpful, LGBTQ-friendly, fantastic! Best experience we've ever had at a dealership! Everyone there was friendly, respectful, and it felt like they wanted to be there. They are not on commission, so it didn't have that uncomfortable shark pool feeling that some dealerships have. They worked with us from start to finish, explained everything well, were never pushy, and were so helpful. We were with the new guy, and we liked to see that they were helping him, and that he was willing to go ask for a manager on the things he was still unsure of. So refreshing. Everyone has to start somewhere, and there was a really good vibe. We ended up in a used car that was perfect for us at a price that was perfect for us. They told us about options we could choose at the end, but didn't push at all when we said no (and honestly, some were REALLY good options that I wish we could afford right now). It was honestly a perfect experience from start to finish, and made us want to buy from them again in the future. More
