Above and beyond expectations! I had been browsing for a used car online for awhile and decided that this was the place to go. When my husband and I arrived, we were immediately greeted by Adriana. I already had a few cars in mind from browsing the website, and she was able to take me to each of them quickly for a test drive. After making my decision, we began the credit check and paperwork process, which she thoroughly explained and made sure that we were fully on board before going forward. About 10 minutes went by and her manager Beto came to us and asked "What would you say if I could get you into a brand new car for virtually the same payment?" We were not expecting that at all, so we thought about it for a few minutes and decided it would be stupid not to go for it. It had gotten pretty late so we had planned to come back the following day to do a test drive, when Adriana suggested that we drive it to the house while my husband followed, and she would take it back. We live nowhere near there, but she said it wasn't a problem, and at least that way I'd know if I liked the car or not before coming back. I wasn't thrilled about the exterior and interior colors, but by the time we made it to my house, Beto had found exactly what I wanted. We were sold! The next day, we did the paperwork with the help of Matthew, who was also very personable and extremely helpful. My husband had a prior arrangement that he had to leave early for, so he wasn't able to finish signing everything before going. It wasn't a problem though, as Adriana offered to come all the way back to our home later that evening to pick up the signed contract. Best decision I've made in long time coming here. They truly care about the customer, and go above and beyond to accomodate their needs. I cannot be more pleased with my purchase, and would recommend Adriana and this dealership to anyone looking for an exceptional car buying experience. More

Best of the best. I have been considering purchasing a new car for quite a while but have been too afraid to go to a dealership and look around. I finally decided to I have been considering purchasing a new car for quite a while but have been too afraid to go to a dealership and look around. I finally decided to go in and was told that Royal Kia would be the best place by a coworker of mine. It absolutely was! I went to Royal Kia late on a Wednesday night and had almost no idea what I was looking for. The sales person I was working with took her time with me and asked the perfect questions to help narrow things down. She knew what she was taking about when it came to making the right decisions on a vehicle for Me. I am a very picky person so I never thought I would be able to narrow down my search and test drive and pick a vehicle the same day. Because of the knowledge and patience and kindness of my sales person I was able to find a brand new car that I absolutely LOVE that same night. Once I chose my vehicle the finance team went to work and pushed hard for a deal I couldn’t refuse. They all wanted to see me happy in a new car I loved with the payments I needed. I would recommend royal kia to everyone!! More

Got down to the dealership Tj was there to greet me at the door didn’t waste no time getting into the test drive. Got back to the dealership sat down got to business and was dry satisfied with his customer service and had a positive attitude and very friendly while doing paperwork. Ordered the "Royal Rice" again at my KIA Dealership If you're up in mid-town Tucson looking for a great deal, you gotta check out the "Tom Rice" they serve up at Royal KIA. And if you're real lucky, you could also get a bit of "Beto" on the side. I happened to have a service need at the dealership last week on my older Sorento we purchased from Tom a few years ago, and as I always do while waiting, I asked if Tom was in. While chatting, one thing led to another and we started looking at the newer Sorento models on the lot, but nothing stood out. Too pricey, not the options desired, etc. - you know the drill. Finally Tom says I should look at a recent trade-in out on the back lot that was just dropped off that morning. Turns out this was the right car at the right price at the right time. Made the deal, with every issue we wanted taken care of completely addressed over the next few days. In this process, we met Tom's sales manager, Beto, and I'm sure he had a bit to do with making sure we continue to be extremely pleased Royal KIA customers. Stop by, ask for Tom, and you too may be lucky enough to "Smell the Roses". More
