Best New Car Buying Experience I Ever Had! I recently went in for a service at Royal Kia on my 2016 Soul and ended up trading it in for a 2019 Soul. I cant say enough about what a great experie I recently went in for a service at Royal Kia on my 2016 Soul and ended up trading it in for a 2019 Soul. I cant say enough about what a great experience I had! I worked with T.J and I felt like he was on my team the whole time. It was the best car shopping experience I ever had. The price was great, the trade in value they gave me on my old Soul was great, and the whole process was great. I will definitely go back to Royal for my next soul and I will ask for T.J. when I need an associate in sales. More

Sales staff is great! I went in for service but wanted to look at some new vehicles. I had to bring my kids with me and I was worried that it might be an issue having two y I went in for service but wanted to look at some new vehicles. I had to bring my kids with me and I was worried that it might be an issue having two young kids with me. It turned out fantastic, Jesus Camargo was friendly and accommodating. Mr. Camargo had no issues bringing my kids along on the test drives and even gave them gift bags and water to keep them happy. The sales staff is fantastic! The Mr. Camargo took care of everything for me and was very knowledgeable. I wasn't pressured or pushed into anything. I highly recommend Royal Kia and look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them. More
