Tom Rice was my sales consultant found him to be informative and helpful throughout the buying experience. Humberto was the sales manager always making sure I was taken care of. May I add the service department is phenomenal, my service advisor Matt is courteous and attentive. That is just another good reason to buy from Royal. Surprisingly good experience After 40 years of experience buying cars, I found Royal Kia a pleasant surprise. The sales person (Jammie Pugh) did everything, except the appraisal. After 40 years of experience buying cars, I found Royal Kia a pleasant surprise. The sales person (Jammie Pugh) did everything, except the appraisal. We were turned over to the manager for the appraisal of our car but this turned out to be a very pleasant inter-active experience with the manager actually giving us an appraisal which was way above Kelly Blue Book appraisal. The sales person even doubled as the finance person—no hidden fees and no high pressure sales. Jammie was very laid back and easy to work with. It was nice to have to deal with just one person. I am surprised that other car dealers have not followed their example. Royal Kia is doing everything right and made our car buying experience a very good experience indeed. We will return. More

Best Experience Ever Years ago we purchased a used car through Royal Buick and enjoyed the experience then. However, we have purchased cars through other dealerships throughout the past 30 years and those experiences were lackluster and frustrating at best. So, when we decided to buy once again we decided to go back to Royal and chose Royal Kia. Our Sales Rep was Everett Griggs and we had the most fun and enjoyable experience ever in the whole process. Our test drives (we had to experience the Niro and then the Soul GT-Turbo) were long enough to get a feel for the car; gave us the opportunity to drive in different road conditions; and have the opportunity to use some of the features of the car. "Beto" continued to check im with us to make sure Everett was treating us well. Everything was explained to our understanding and often to make sure we were comfortable with the transaction and had a clear understanding of the terms and process. Everyone we interacted with at Royal was polite, pleasant, courteous, and ready to assist or find assistance for us. We returned once to pick up the car and another time to go over the car's features once again. At that time we interacted with Melissa, who was a hoot, thorough, and patient. I can't imagine buying a car any other dealership. More
Great team, and a great experience My wife and I walked in yesterday afternoon for a test drive. We had narrowed it to three models from three different brands. Jessica was amazing as our initial contact and walked us through the team and how the dealership works. We had to leave for an appointment, and Matt took us for our test drive when we returned. He asked us good questions about what we already knew, giving us only the details we had missed in our research. He also walked us through probable financing options. We were concerned they did not have the color we liked in stock and he found one close by. As we left, my wife spied another color she liked better. We went to another dealer and drove another car, but it did not have the fit or finish of the Sorento SX Limited so we came back. Jessica was available again and walked us through everything. We were in and out with a new car, at a price we liked, with the features we wanted, with an experience that had no pressure, and a very personal feel in under 2 hours. Since we came back around 5:30pm, the entire staff worked to detail the car for us. Jessica even gave my wife a dozen roses as a thank you/congratulations. I worked in the industry when I was younger and have never seen a team, or sales people, as good as Royal, and in particular, Jessica and Matt. I have spent years in the service industry, and this is, by far, the best service I have ever received. More
