Friendly, considers your wants and needs. NO SALES PRESSURE After using another dealership in town and being disappointed with their lack of professionalism I decided to try Royal. I parked and was not met at my car door by a salesperson. They waited for me to approach the showroom door and greeted me there. This was refreshing as it gave me time to get my thoughts together. The person who opened the door for me was friendly and asked what I was searching for. In explaining my needs I was immediately introduced to TJ who was a delight to work with. There was no idle chit chat, just nice conversation and discussion about my purchase and how Royal was committed to my satisfaction. TJ explained the process step by step to me as we completed the paperwork. Everything I wanted on my vehicle even to purchasing an extended warranty was designed according to my needs and comfort. I will return to Royal for any further auto needs and defiantly work with TJ. All we’ve ever heard were horror stories of people getting screwed over at dealerships. TJ was our sales person and he was absolutely amazing. He really listened to what kind of vehicle we were looking for and what our needs were, including the financial aspect of it as well. He ended up showing me a 2016 Kia Soul, and he was right on the money, it was perfect for what we needed and met all of the check marks on our list. We did run into an issue there at the end with getting the temporary plates, and that’s where Sam came in. They both did everything they possibly could to make it work for us, and ended up taking my old broken down car as a trade in, which I was ecstatic about because I had no idea what I was going to do with that thing, and it ended up lowering the interest rate as well as the monthly payments. Overall I’m so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend going to them if anyone is looking at getting a new car! More

Super Buying Experience My car was "totaled" in a collision; I had to go shopping quickly - and unwillingly. I searched on-line for a vehicle similar to mine and found sever My car was "totaled" in a collision; I had to go shopping quickly - and unwillingly. I searched on-line for a vehicle similar to mine and found several in Royal's inventory, so I clicked "save this info" and completed the contact info, fearing I would be inundated with sales calls (as had happened with other dealerships). I was totally wrong. Devlynn sent me an email stating I should contact them whenever I was ready to buy - no hassle, no pressure, just a simple reply to my inquiry. When I received the payment from my insurance company, I set up an appointment to meet with a salesperson at Royal Mini; I was introduced to Ashton James. I could not have been happier. Ashton was so very patient with me, answered numerous questions, and took me from one lot to another to test a different vehicle - which I ultimately purchased. Again, there was NO pressure, just professionalism and much needed help. Upon making my decision, I worked with Ashton through the entire procedure - reviewing options, financing, everything from A to Z, until he introduced me to my service rep and set up my appointment for 3 month service. Ashton made my most stressful day much more bearable - I was even presented with one dozen red roses.
