Tom Rice exemplifies the culture of Royal Kia I was so impressed with the treatment I received from Tom Rice when I bought my 2020 Kia Sportage, I went and bought a 2020 Sorrento the next week. I was on the fence about my choice of a family car but was so impressed with Tom that I bought another vehicle from him. Wonderful Sales Person - Pretty Good Dealership Overall Excellent customer service from my sales person, Jammie Pugh!!! He was there for me over the several months-long process of locating a Tellur Overall Excellent customer service from my sales person, Jammie Pugh!!! He was there for me over the several months-long process of locating a Telluride I wanted and following through with every detail of the sales process. I would highly recommend him without reservation!!! However, while the dealership has several strong points, I am less than happy with the Royal Kia dealership. I did not like how the dealership stuck a "Royal" advertising name plate on my beautiful new car on the rear lift gate above the SX V6 name plates without my knowledge or permission. By using a hot air dryer when I got home I was eventually able to get the Royal sticker off my car without damage to the paint. Thankfully no damage done. Also, I was disappointed that the Kia Telluride did not come with, and the Royal Kia dealership did not provide, a good quality license plate holder for the front or rear of the car. Apparently I will have to shop for the license plate holders myself. Is it expecting too much for a car that cost full price, $48,255 (MSRP), to come with a good license plate holder? More
