Jesus was very helpful and knowledgeable about the stinger. He took extra time out of his day to make sure I didn't drive off without learning all the cool features of the car. When we decided to buy a new Telluride we discovered that some dealers add a premium plus tacky things like pin stripes to jack up the price. Royal Kia does not believe in that nonsense! Royal Kia was very fair & our salesman Everett Griggs was great to work with from beginning to end. There was no high pressure & Everett was the only person we worked with to make this deal happen. Literally no other person!! Everett Griggs is an Army Reservist & really respects active & retired military people. Royal has earned my business now & in the future! More

I didn't buy a KIA but not Royal's fault Sales staff very helpful, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are salaried, so there are no big pushe. If I were to buy a hyb Sales staff very helpful, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are salaried, so there are no big pushe. If I were to buy a hybrid, I would definitely buy the Kia Niro, and the Royal staff actually even located a plug-in hybrid for me as I had requested. But I had the opportunity to get an all electric vehicle and made that choice over the hybrid, That Royal didn't have an EV Niro is not its fault. There are none in AZ! So, yeah, my hope is that a few years from now there will be more EVs available and I will have the chance to return to Royal. More
