Great experience, recommendation guaranteed. I was in tucson heading home and decided to look at some of the new kia with no intention of purchasing one at that time. My wife and I meet with Keith Jones and we took test drive in a red Kia Soul he answered all the question I had and I had a huge list. He is very knowledgeable. we decided to wait until 04/13 it was getting late and I needed to return home for work the next day.. We scheduled it for the morning and I showed up at 10 am and by noon we had completed the paper financing and I was on my way home with a new car. He made the process simple and handled everything very competently. I have purchased other cars over the years and this was the simples and fastest car purchase ever. He definably knows his job. he gets a 5 star rating from me. More

Bought my first car yesterday from Tom Rice. To be honest spending so much cash can be a little intimidating, is this the right car, am I doing the right thing, how does this big purchase work, e To be honest spending so much cash can be a little intimidating, is this the right car, am I doing the right thing, how does this big purchase work, etc..... I am so grateful that Tom Rice was my sales man. He made me feel like I was buying the car from him (I was) and not just a dealership. He took his time to explain everything, I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. Everything went smooth, I'm glad that Tom took care of everything himself and I was not passed off to finance to close the deal. I get the feeling that Tom wants to do the best he can for the buyer and not look after himself (or his boss). Thanks Tom! More
