Ruben is an Awesome Human! Ruben Rivera brought the car that my mom had chosen, a Black Cherry Kia Sportage 2020 to her house, explained all of the bells and whistles, and let Ruben Rivera brought the car that my mom had chosen, a Black Cherry Kia Sportage 2020 to her house, explained all of the bells and whistles, and let her have a test drive. He then went back to his office, about 20 miles away to do all of the paperwork, did a Zoom meeting with us, brought all of the paperwork back to her house to sign, and took her 2 trade ins away. Singlehandedly! What an awesome human he is! So friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We have dealt with Royal for many years, and will continue to do so. More
