From first voicing the words -- in a text -- asking a friend if he could assist in finding a vehicle that would fit both my needs and budget, to drivi From first voicing the words -- in a text -- asking a friend if he could assist in finding a vehicle that would fit both my needs and budget, to driving home from the dealership in the one car that was "just right," I'll bet not 72 hours had passed.  Kudos to Marvin Batts for searching through the night before sending the comp sheet for that "just right fit," and for referring me to Sales Manager Mike Sitzman, who met me at the door, and treated me with the greatest respect and kindness. It just got better from there. Sales Consultant Jose Arnold took me on my test drive, suggested another vehicle for purposes of comparison, and with Mike, worked to crunch the numbers and make financing available before voicing the words "congratulations," and presenting me with a DOZEN ROSES! I am, and was, so amazed. The car, a 2012 KIA Soul, is gorgeous, with a fresh coat of paint that makes it look brand NEW. What's more, the car has been thoroughly vetted for mechanical problems and came with a CARFAX Vehicle History Report further assisting my confidence as to accidents/damages (NONE), and service history. I couldn't be happier.
