Of all the cars I've owned, the Stinger is by far my favorite as the service department at Royal has helped me keep it feeling new even as I'm approaching 30K miles. Going forward, any new car I purchase - I will thoroughly look at the service department closely as I want this kind of relationship and care with any car I purchase. Thanks Dave! More

The transaction began online, from Nashville TN, and Tom handled everything PERFECTLY. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. More importantly, Tom went above and beyond, providing kind assistance and timely responses to questions. When we arrived at Royal Kia, after a 1600-mile drive from Nashville, he welcomed us as though we were old friends. Our new Sorento was ready, as promised and as ordered, and it was beautiful! Tom then spent time with us to go over features and operational abilities, explaining everything we needed to know, and answering all of our questions. Now that we are living in Tucson, I would (and will) wholeheartedly recommend Royal Kia and Tom Rice to anyone looking for a great car at a great price! Honestly, I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could! More

I was very uncomfortable with the entire buying process at this dealership. First they tried to tell us that the the interest rate on financing was over 6%. When we told them we would shop for our own fi at this dealership. First they tried to tell us that the the interest rate on financing was over 6%. When we told them we would shop for our own financing because that was unacceptable, they came back with a financing rate of a little over half of what they originally quoted us. Also, the salesman told us we would have to put a deposit down on the car just to see if we qualified for financing, despite the fact that we have a great credit score. I found this to be manipulative and dishonest. Furthermore, the vehicle they were selling us was priced over $1,000 above the highest Kelly Blue Book selling price for the vehicle sold from a dealership and they refused to negotiate on the price. I understand they are trying to maximize their profits on each vehicle sold, but I found there their manipulation and dishonest tactics disconcerting. More
