Great initial impression upon visiting dealership for inquiry regarding used 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum. Cesar Miranda was helpful, professional, and courteous as he showed me the vehicle and allow inquiry regarding used 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum. Cesar Miranda was helpful, professional, and courteous as he showed me the vehicle and allowed for a brief test drive. I expressed my interest in continued research and noted I had another car to check out. I appreciated the low pressure sales approach. The Centre Manager, Bobby Cuillo, made sure to introduce himself and expressed his hope that I give Royal Land Rover a chance to win my business. The next day, I contacted Cesar and asked about pricing flexibility since I wanted to buy the car. However, I did have a viable option for a 2023 Toyota Highlander Platinum at another dealer with much less mileage and a comparable price. Through the course of the day, Cesar and the team at Royal Land Rover presented options and offers that ultimately led me to work with them. I picked up my car after the weekend and am very happy with my choice and the unique customer sales approach presented by Royal Land Rover and Cesar. More
