This was not our first stop at Royal Land Rover. Several years back (2015) I think, we stopped in to talk about the the Range Rover and made the decision to return at a later date. So we did. The time spent at you establishment was enjoyable. Buying a new car is never quick enough. If it were to take only one hour it would be 30 minutes too much time. That being said, Carson was great and attentive. Carson seemed like we had known him for a time. It was a warm day in Tucson and we tried to get the deal done fast. It came down to the trade-ins which we didn't have, so we move the deal to Monday, two days later. The Wife and I showed up Monday around 2 PM. Made the trades. Now my wife drive an Envoque. Bobby (Manager)also greeted us, as he foes everyone. We were cared for. All in all a pleasant experience. My Wife is already making plans to own the Defender.
