Purchased a brand new car not two months ago. The front Honda emblem fell off. When I brought this to the attention of Royal Honda and asked for them to replace the emblem, because obviously a The front Honda emblem fell off. When I brought this to the attention of Royal Honda and asked for them to replace the emblem, because obviously a part of a brand new car should not fall off, their response was 'well your car must have been in an accident' when I sent photos clearly showing this not to be the case the response then became 'well someone must have stolen the emblem'. When I took the car physically to Royal to be examined and no evidence of theft was present, Royal still took the position that instead of doing the right thing and admitting there was an manufacturimg issue and replacing the part, they demanded that I pay for the new part. Do not go to Royal Honda. They will not stand behind their very own product and will make any and all excuses they can come up with to avoid doing the right thing. More
Made an appointment to get my tire changed. I dropped the car off, and they said it won't take more than 90 minutes. Mgr Alton Clivens and salesman Mike Truxillo were easy to work with here. We were a lil anxious, but we negotiated a good deal and got it done fast. I definitely recommend them.
