One interfaces with Susan when they are paying for the service which has been performed on their vehicles. Over the years we have come to know each other better and it's like family. I have found that Susan will be retiring this coming July, to me,, Susan will be solely missed and I wish her the best in her new journey in life. More

The service writer greeted me at once and inquired about the service I wanted. He then directed me to the customer waiting area. My service was done in a timely manner (about 1 hour). The technician who worked on my car came in to tell me that my service was done and he checked over my Enclave and everything seems good. He directed me to the cashier who had my keys. I appreciated hearing from the Technician who worked on my car. Each contact I had with Royal Buick personnel was friendly. They thanked me for my business even though we are snowbirds. I only visit your dealership once a year when we are in Arizona. I recommend Royal Buick very highly! They are a friendly, professional business.. More

Fantastic Customer Service Needed to get my rear A/C fixed in my GMC Acadia. I chose Royal based on their reviews. Much better than other GM dealers. Called and got an appoin Needed to get my rear A/C fixed in my GMC Acadia. I chose Royal based on their reviews. Much better than other GM dealers. Called and got an appointment within a few days. Brought my car in and met Evan my service adviser. Very courteous. They set me up with a loaner (an almost new 2020 GMC Acadia) and Susan did a great job with the paperwork. She even noticed I was retired military and told me to be sure to ask for the military discount. Evan kept me informed on the status of my repairs. He even let me know when they were finishing up so I could plan to get back and pick up my vehicle. Overall a great experience. Great customer service. I will return if I need future service. More

Serviced two autos with great resullts Dropped one vehicle off; no hassle with appointment. Repair took two days and the car seems to be working great. Got a little upsell pressure from Evan as expected but i only bought what I deemed necessary. Got a nice senior citizen discount from Susan at checkout delivered with a warm friendly attitude. Dropped off the second vehicle for a 100k mile check up and service, again the upsell and I took advantage of those recommendations I thought essential, no high pressure just valued recommendations. This repair sequence again took two days, everything appears satisfactory except they didn't wash my windshield, bummer! Susan again delivered a pleasant checkout experience and I left with a warm feeling about Royal Buick. More
