I got 3 computer readings. Royal was different from the other 2. Cost me only 150.00 verses your price of nearly 900.00. I paid 132.00 for your diagnosis test and had my car towed to a certified auto mecha other 2. Cost me only 150.00 verses your price of nearly 900.00. My experience at Royal Volkswagon was pretty interesting. The service if the people were really kind and concerned to the condition of my car. Although everytime I bring my 2014 Volkswagon jetta tdi with the check engine light on I would get the car back and then I'll be driving home and the check engine light would turn on. This has happened for the past five times. But, everytime it has been something different and they are quick to get my car an appointment and get me back on the road to go and get me a ride to enterprise for a rental. My experience was rather pretty good overall. More

Dishonest bullies! They told me i needed 4000$ worth of work on my car and it needed to be done immediately that my car was not safe to drive otherwise. I told them to go ahead and order the parts, but i have a child with brain tumors and could not afford it all at once and would need to do work on it a little at a time. I allowed them to put a water pump on my car first. When i picked up the car the mechanic told me a different story from the desk guy. He said the other problems were minor and didn't need to be done in order to drive the car. I took it home and still had the same problems with the water it had before. I took it up the road to a guy who said the pump wasn't the problem it was the pipes that needed to be fixed. 2 weeks later volkswagon called me and left me a voicemail that said if i dont bring my car back that week they would have my car towed until i paid them to fix the problem. Not only did they misdiagnose my issue and lie to me to swindle me out of money, but they bullied me because i am a young girl. They will Never touch my car again. I don't think it's legal to bully customers or steal their vehicles. Maybe a lawyer can help my situation. More
