So I had my moms 2004 Volvo station wagon towed here because it stopped on us at the grocery store. Surprisingly, the Volvo service techs questioned my logic for bringing vehicle to them because it’s an because it stopped on us at the grocery store. And when I was deciding whether to trade it in or keep it and get it repaired, they kept calling my salesman and rushing me; even going as far as to tell me to pay the 135.00 for the diagnostics and take it elsewhere. Even the salesperson wouldn't budge off giving 500.00 for the car. ($750.00 would have sealed the deal). So I decided to get the car fixed and 1300.00 dollars later, the car is back rolling.... but I rolled it down to Hendricks Chevrolet and bought a 2019 Impala. Needless to say I'm done with Volvos and done with Royal Volvo.... More

There was one minor issue but they offered to fix it with no problem. I was in and out with no problem and with the car I wanted. They did not pressure me into buying anything else. Wondeful service. Also shoutout to Sammy who was also very kind and encouraging. Everything went smooth. More

I purchased my Denali at Royal and received two complimentary oil changes and tire rotations. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance only to have the representative pr complimentary oil changes and tire rotations. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance only to have the representative present me with a bill for $170+ dollars. At that moment I asked if they were not honoring my second complimentary service? The representative then stated oh yes it looks like the oil change is free but it didn’t cover the balance, which I took as the oil change and rotation were covered. Now first of, if he had records that confirmed that the oil change should have been complimentary, why was I being charge $79 for it. I can only conclude one of two things, either poor record keeping or dishonest business practices, either of with is very disappointing considering I trusted this dealership in purchasing a $70,000 vehicle? I take it the service to my vehicle meet the standards set by GMC? More
Brandon, was awesome! I called regarding a weird sound my car was making. Branson, told me to bring it in. He had his technician look at it and provided a ride for me. Communication by the service department is very lacking. I had to call multiple times to get the status of my vehicle. It took them nearly all week to fix a broken clock spring and they didn’t have a loaner I had to call multiple times to get the status of my vehicle. They were nice, but I know Hiley offers better customer service, so we will make the drive there from now on. More
