I’m retired and have purchased many cars, but the last new car was in 2002 and I just sold it to buy this one. Ed was the most honest, non pushy and reliable sales person I’ve ever dealt with, it was like dealing with a trusted family member. We purchased our last two new cars from Royal completely over the phone. All without any concerns about trust or the old bait and switch. It should speak volumes about the staff to spend over a hundred thousand on vehicles sight unseen. My hats off to them. I would take my mother there to buy a new car from Jennifer or Ed. More

I contacted the dealership about a particular car, but I was not able to get that one. However, my salesman, Matt Morgan, did not give up. We went through all the necessary paperwork online and by phone. He was able to not only get me the model car I wanted, but a better year with less miles and the price I wanted to pay. He went beyond and above to make sure I understood everything and that I was happy with my purchase. I just came right in, filled out the necessary papers, made the down payment, and was out the door within 30 minutes. We called the dealership to confirm availability and went the same day for a test drive. Our salesman, Paul Lee, was great and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions, made the process very easy, and we decided to purchase the car! We had a warning light come on soon after the purchase; Mr. Lee and Royal Automotive took care of the diagnosis and fix for us promptly and agreeably. Mr. Lee has also made himself available to answer a few follow-up questions, and even gave me a call to provide more information about a feature of the car that we had asked about. Overall, we are extremely satisfied so far with the vehicle that we purchased as well as with the quality of interaction with the sales team, led by Mr. Lee.
