I have to say, Chris Booker is probably the best overall sales person I have encountered during my 40 + years of buying cars. You guys have some good people at Royal. The sales Manager, Matt Robertson, was very helpful and friendly also. Chris Booker was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we drove and was very, very courteous with his presentations of the vehicles we test drove and looked at. He was not pushy at all and he was very easy to talk to with any questions we had. Again, our experience was first class and would definitely return, especially if Chris is there. Bought expensive Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland edition an also purchase the extended warranty through them. Two days after having it the leather dash has I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland edition an also purchase the extended warranty through them. Two days after having it the leather dash has rolled up its ridiculous an embarrassing looking that I just bought this an it happen two days later. I asked for assistance from them to get this fixed an have pretty much just been avoided an hung out to dry. Lesson learned More
