Ed was the most honest, non pushy and reliable sales person I’ve ever dealt with, it was like dealing with a trusted family member. We purchased our last two new cars from Royal completely over the phone. All without any concerns about trust or the old bait and switch. It should speak volumes about the staff to spend over a hundred thousand on vehicles sight unseen. My hats off to them. I would take my mother there to buy a new car from Jennifer or Ed. More
