On our way to another dealership; that I've purchased a truck from every year, my wife wanted to stop in at Royal just to see what they had. I've had a positive experience with Royal in the past and asked if Don was there. He helped my parents purchase a GMC truck some years ago for their business and they have always had a good experience during and after their purchase. Don is good people and his demeanor puts you at ease. I'd go as far as to say he feels like family. I highly recommend Royal. Don treated my wife like a special guest, answered all her questions and addressed all her concerns. Plus the hospitality among the Royal people is amazing. Yes, that even includes Sammy with the final paperwork. I highly recommend Royal and I expect to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. More

Got more than I bargained for Visited Royal Automotive to test drive a new XC60 and XC40. Met Richard, and we test drove both together. Richard was very personable and knew both Visited Royal Automotive to test drive a new XC60 and XC40. Met Richard, and we test drove both together. Richard was very personable and knew both vehicles inside and out. I felt very comfortable talking with him. In other words, I didn't feel like I was pressured about anything at all. I had decided on the XC60, but I didn't know what I wanted on it and how much I wanted to spend. The next day I was out getting tires on my son's car when Richard called and said that Royal just received a "barely" used XC60 (less than 2 months old) pretty much fully loaded. Richard was excited because of the great price Royal was willing to sell it for and wanted me to look it over and test drive it. Richard than drove the vehicle to where I was and we took it for a test drive while my son's car was being taken care of. Talk about service! Needless to say I couldn't pass up this deal and bought it the next day. The whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend buying a Volvo from Royal Automotive! Tim More

Chase I called Chase up about a used truck, he told me all the details about the truck so I decided to go look at it. I got there and he met me with the key I called Chase up about a used truck, he told me all the details about the truck so I decided to go look at it. I got there and he met me with the keys in the parking lot. We drove the truck and during the ride he wasn't your typical cornball car salesman. He was a super nice guy. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone. I was in and out in 45 minutes, Micah had the paperwork ready when we got back from the test drive. Great job guys!! More
