Got more than I bargained for Visited Royal Automotive to test drive a new XC60 and XC40. Met Richard, and we test drove both together. Richard was very personable and knew both Visited Royal Automotive to test drive a new XC60 and XC40. Met Richard, and we test drove both together. Richard was very personable and knew both vehicles inside and out. I felt very comfortable talking with him. In other words, I didn't feel like I was pressured about anything at all. I had decided on the XC60, but I didn't know what I wanted on it and how much I wanted to spend. The next day I was out getting tires on my son's car when Richard called and said that Royal just received a "barely" used XC60 (less than 2 months old) pretty much fully loaded. Richard was excited because of the great price Royal was willing to sell it for and wanted me to look it over and test drive it. Richard than drove the vehicle to where I was and we took it for a test drive while my son's car was being taken care of. Talk about service! Needless to say I couldn't pass up this deal and bought it the next day. The whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend buying a Volvo from Royal Automotive! Tim More

Chase I called Chase up about a used truck, he told me all the details about the truck so I decided to go look at it. I got there and he met me with the key I called Chase up about a used truck, he told me all the details about the truck so I decided to go look at it. I got there and he met me with the keys in the parking lot. We drove the truck and during the ride he wasn't your typical cornball car salesman. He was a super nice guy. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone. I was in and out in 45 minutes, Micah had the paperwork ready when we got back from the test drive. Great job guys!! More

I have to say, Chris Booker i I have been buying cars for over 40 years. In fact I purchased a Cutlass Supreme from Royal back in 1984 and loved it. I have to say, Chris Booker is probably the best overall sales person I have encountered during my 40 + years of buying cars. You guys have some good people at Royal. The sales Manager, Matt Robertson, was very helpful and friendly also. Chris Booker was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we drove and was very, very courteous with his presentations of the vehicles we test drove and looked at. He was not pushy at all and he was very easy to talk to with any questions we had. Again, our experience was first class and would definitely return, especially if Chris is there.
