Great experience Dropped in to look at a car. It was a little out of our price range but the entire team at Royal automotive was more than willing to work with us with Dropped in to look at a car. They even went above and beyond to fix some minor things on the car, to our satisfaction, before letting us leave with the vehicle. Seeing what’s out there We recently visited the Royal dealership to check out the new Acadia. Having purchased a 2008 there and having a good experience we revisited. Little We recently visited the Royal dealership to check out the new Acadia. Having purchased a 2008 there and having a good experience we revisited. Little hesitant with several problems the 2008 had we wasn’t really sure if this was the vehicle but we do like everything about ours. We were greeted by Mr Gary Redd and it was a pleasant surprise that a rep from 10 years ago was still there. Even more do how much he remembered about us. Anyway explaining how our purchase may be a few months down the toad he was extremely patient and answered all our questions and showed us a lot of the new features especially the new safety features. No doubt when the time comes we will be back and look forward to seeing Mr Redd. More

Royal was a Royal experience!! My husband found a truck he wanted on-line that happened to be at Royal. I called down there to check on it and was placed with Carter Ward as my cont My husband found a truck he wanted on-line that happened to be at Royal. My hubby is in Arizona at the time- but Carter has me come down there and everyone was so nice and they made it happen!! So my hubby has the truck he’s been wanting and it was just easy-breezy-lemon-squeezie!! I would recommend this place to anyone and especially Carter! GREAT GUY!!!
