Great experience with Paul Lee - professional, diligent I called and spoke with Paul Lee regarding a used vehicle on what may have been the afternoon/evening of one of his busiest days. He was clearly juggling several customers at once, but was patient and reliable in getting information back to me via phone, including reaching a mutually agreeable price. We live over 30 minutes from the dealership and were doing most of our search over the internet. But for Paul's willingness to engage us over the phone, quickly provide all of the information we requested, and respond in such a timely fashion, we likely would not have visited the dealership, let alone purchased a vehicle. When we visited the dealership, it was an incredibly cold morning. We arrived 10 minutes before the dealership was to open, but not only was Paul already there and ready to meet, he had relocated the vehicle in which we were interested to a heated, enclosed area. This allowed us to take our time looking over the car without having to freeze in the bitter cold. But perhaps most, Paul does a good job of being helpful without making a customer feel pressured. He was quick to allow me and my wife moments to confer privately. He definitely appears to be genuinely concerned that a customer's needs are legitimately met and not just to secure a sale. Overall, a great experience and will definitely consider Paul Lee and Royal in the future. More
