Quick, no hassles, out the door in no time Allen Cook was a dream to work with. He knew the car we were interested in inside and out, no questions went unanswered. When it came time to close the deal, it was fast, transparent, and simple. No haggling over price or extras, just an offer that was straight forward. We didn't feel pressured. We were invited to drive the car we were interested in home with us to help us decide but we were already sold because we had done a lot of research on the vehicle and competitor's options. Had a great experience with a recent vehicle purchase at Royal. We worked with Carter who wad personable and communicated quickly and clearly to address concerns. Great buying experience with Matt Coulter Website had all info needed about the vehicle. Called and Matt Coulter answered said he'd get the vehicle ready for us to test drive. Since I was from out of town he gave me his direct contact info. We were late on a Saturday, but he was very patient and accommodating. Excellent knowledge of the SUV. Friendly and the process was simple. Financing at the dealership was a smooth process also. I will look at Royal Automotive again when time comes to buy and will recommend to my friends and family. To top things off...free full tank of gas! Thanks Matt for the no hassle buying experience. Same goes for Sammy Campisi, thanks for allowing us to take a few extra minutes to make what was an easy and fair decision. More
