Communication by the service department is very lacking. I had to call multiple times to get the status of my vehicle. It took them nearly all week to fix a broken clock spring and they didn’t have a loaner I had to call multiple times to get the status of my vehicle. It took them nearly all week to fix a broken clock spring and they didn’t have a loaner available, so I was without a car and had no idea when I’d get it back. They were nice, but I know Hiley offers better customer service, so we will make the drive there from now on. More

DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They will sell you a broken vehicle, then tell you they would fix the problem after lying about what the problem is. When you try to call them they won't answer, and if y broken vehicle, then tell you they would fix the problem after lying about what the problem is. When you try to call them they won't answer, and if you get lucky enough to speak with someone everything they say week be lies. After a month of not being able to drive the vehicle you think you're purchasing because it's still broken, and you decide you don't want to purchase a broken car anymore, they will keep your down payment and say it's your fault that you purchased a broken vehicle.
