Communication by the service department is very lacking. I had to call multiple times to get the status of my vehicle. It took them nearly all week to fix a broken clock spring and they didn’t have a loaner I had to call multiple times to get the status of my vehicle. They were nice, but I know Hiley offers better customer service, so we will make the drive there from now on. More

Car went in for two recalls and it’s first service. Was surprised that the car didn’t get washed or detailed particularly during these infection control times.
