The whole buying process was smooth & fast with no issues or pressure. The CX-5 price was listed by KBB as a Great Price, no market markup which was very refreshing. Their offer on my trade in was more than fair. At 61, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, bar none. I will gladly recommend Royal to everyone! The process was very simple, and he explained all the aspects of the financing in a clear and concise manner.
