Shortly after purchasing a Grand Cherokee from this lot, the check engine light came on. I took it back to get it fixed. It was quite the mystery and took several weeks to pin point the issue. Royal Automotive went above and beyond in so many ways! 1. They paid for all repairs. 2. They gave me a rental car to drive during the repair weeks, also at no cost to me. 3. Douglas Stephens, the salesman, was so determined to get it fixed for me! He took it to multiple mechanics, spent hours on independent research, called me after hours and on weekends with updates, and was always kind and honest with me. He was relentless with the out of house mechanics and successfully solved the mystery! 4. His supervisor, Micah Murphy, was professional and patient with me, and together, the two of them were able to get my car back to me in great condition.
