He really hustled to help me make an out of state deal work for me, and got everything done so I wouldn’t have to wait around. He took the time to text me a bunch of additional photos of the vehicle I was interested in, and point out any issues he could see. He even test drove the vehicle and texted me his impression so I would not waste a 3 hour drive. I’ve never had a salesperson go this far above and beyond. He helped me navigate the loan process and gave me excellent advice on interest rates, term, and size of downpayment. He is very personable guy and really cares about the customer. We were pleasantly impressed with the kindness of Carter Ward at Royal Automotive in Hoover.
