Royal knowingly sold my son a vehicle with a bad compressor. To make matters worse the General Sales Manager refuses to even speak with us about the issue. Royal as a whole, made this such an easy auto purchase! Carter Ward was terrific; He was well educated on my Mercedes Benz GLB 250.
