We were pleasantly impressed with the kindness of Carter Ward at Royal Automotive in Hoover. Purchasing paperwork was a breeze, and they cleaned the vehicle up and had it looking like a million bucks as well as filled the tank up with gas! Out of all the places we've purchased vehicles over the years, Royal has graced the top of that list. Carter Ward made the experience what is was. Thank you, Carter for being awesome! We have thoroughly enjoyed this vehicle! We never took our old “Betty Buick (Buick Encore Leather)”out for a random drive, but we’ve taken “Betty White (Ford Edge Titanium)” out for a few drives already! Carter Ward and Sammy Campisi made the car buying process as quick, easy and painless as possible. My past car buying experiences have been arduous and and not enjoyable at all. Carter was amazing and made us feel more like family rather than customers! Very knowledgeable and attentive to all that we wanted and worked with us to get the deal we needed to purchase our SUV. It truly took less than an hour to complete everything. AND, because we didn’t think to bring our title for our trade in, he came to us and picked it up!
