Carter and Michael took a look at the car and gave me a fair trade in amount for my old car. They also honored the preapproval that I brought in from my credit union. They did not try to make me choose another option or make me choose a route that would have been more beneficial to the car company. Everything was catered to my need as a customer. They listened to me and we were able to complete my car buying process in one of the fastest times I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Carter is the real MVP! More
