They were great to work with and made the process so easy. I am from out of town so worked everything out via phone beforehand with my trade in and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. This dealership had great prices and very clean and well maintained vehicles with great owner history. I literally drove from Atlanta, GA to purchase my car from them. My Salesperson was Carter Ward and he maintained vehicles with great owner history. I literally drove from Atlanta, GA to purchase my car from them. My Salesperson was Carter Ward and he is the best I’ve ever worked with. Seriously. He really hustled to help me make an out of state deal work for me, and got everything done so I wouldn’t have to wait around. He took the time to text me a bunch of additional photos of the vehicle I was interested in, and point out any issues he could see. He even test drove the vehicle and texted me his impression so I would not waste a 3 hour drive. I’ve never had a salesperson go this far above and beyond. He helped me navigate the loan process and gave me excellent advice on interest rates, term, and size of downpayment. He is very personable guy and really cares about the customer. He says Royal is a family, and he sure made us feel like we are a part of it. We don’t intend to ever use another salesperson. More
