Jessica is always cheerful and friendly both on the phone when making an appointment or when meeting with here at the dealership. She is knowledgeable and efficient. WeI think that Rowe is a good dealership from which to buy a car, but I'm not sure about the service part of the dealership. We've had problems with the car that we bought but they've taken it in and trie buy a car, but I'm not sure about the service part of the dealership. We've had problems with the car that we bought but they've taken it in and tried to fix it. We are still having problems with the alignment. I'm disappointed that there are still problems after taking it in twice. I'm not sure if it is the car that can't be fixed or if it's the mechanical. We bought another car from Rowe earlier and haven't had any problems with the alignment on that car. I'll give them another chance, then take it elsewhere to try to be fixed. If they fix it, we won't do business with Rowe repair service again. More

Although Rowe is almost 90 minutes away from where I live, I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. The friendliness of the employees at the Quick Lane is exceptional. Not only are they friendly, but also the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The technician and Kevin, the Quick Lane manager, both explained in layman's terms what was wrong with my SUV and how best to correct it. I left feeling valued as a customer and I look forward to purchasing my next car from Rowe Westbrook, a company capable of excellent work and worthy of my loyalty for years to come. In particular, Kevin is great to deal with and Roland, my technician, is personable, honest, and kind. They treat their customers the way they would treat their friends and family. They are definitely worth the trip and I can't say enough positive about my experience at Rowe! More
