Hyundai Elantra They found car I wanted however I was there for over 4 hours, most of that waiting for the financial guy so I could sign the paperwork. Not good at all I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in for a specific car and was sold into test driving a much more expensive car. I spent a lot I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in for a specific car and was sold into test driving a much more expensive car. I spent a lot of time while the sales person tried to make a deal, which was no where near what I was looking for (which I was very honest about.) Kept trying to sell me up. While this was all going on, my car was to be looked at by the service manager for a trade in, and I found it idling for over an hour outside. Very shoddy customer service. Also, when I was contacted by staff, I was told someone would get back to me and "make this right". I never heard from anyone, other than another sales person, who still had no answer. Second time I've had bad customer service here. More
