Sales people would push you into things you weren’t looking for and pressured you into agreements you didn’t want. I want to let people know, Rowe Westbrook is NOT one of those dealer. My first vehicle I purchased from Rowe was a Sportstrac. I had that truck for 13 years and never had a problem with it. My routine checks were performed by the best service department around. I never had to wait and customer service was great. I then purchased an F150, which has been a dream. I happened to mention to my Sales person that I would be looking for a good used car, needed to transport my parents. ( they were unable to get into my truck). My sales person gave me a business card and assured me, Salesman, Ed Giroux would be able to help me find what I was looking for. I met with Ed and explained what I was looking for; the dollar amount I wanted to spend and what my primary use would be. Ed showed me three different cars, explained everything from bumper to bumper and actually made sure he thought my parents could get in and out of the car comfortably. Not many sales people go above and beyond like that and his thoughtfulness, help make the decision on the car I bought. The price wasn’t a penny over what I wanted to spend and Ed didn’t try to get me to have unnecessary add ons My experience with Ed was so awesome, today, one year later, I just purchased another vehicle from Ed! Once again, Ed went above and beyond to get me just what I was looking for and he rocked it! So I am now the proud owner of three great vehicles that are stylish, economical and safe for my family! I also want to mention how simple the financing process was. I met with Ed and Will Valle, gave them what I was looking at for payments and “ BAM’!
