From Start to finish my experience with this dealership was a pleasant one. I started with the on line process and the pre approval for a loan as well as looking into make and models of cars that Rowe had was a pleasant one. Dean Swindler answered my emails in a timely Fashion asking questions that would make my purchase easier when I was ready and giving helpful suggestions of cars to look into. When ready I went into the Kia dealer where Imet Dave Sardella who was very customer orientated and helped by allowing me to test drive two vehicles that I was interested in and this helped me make my decision on the one I liked best which turned out to be the 2011 Kia Optima. Dave helped in expiditing the paperwork process and connected me with Charlie Burns who was fantastic at explaining the warranties and what was to be expected out of my purchase. I would recomend Rowe Kia in Auburn to anyone as they are prompt and efficience and care about customer satisfaction. More

I stopped by Rowe the whole sale side after looking at a truck on Sunday. I talked with Bruce about my 2 wheel drive Ford Explorer that didn't drive to well in snow. I said yes the Dodge Ram that was on the lot. I took it for a test drive and when i returned i told him i really like it an he drew up some numbers after he got a value on my Explorer. He took my paperwork next door to see if i could get financed. Before he left he asked me if i wanted to wait there or go next door in the main building to wait or if there was something else i want to do. I gave him my cell# and went to get a few thing at the store. A little over an hour later Bruce called me back saying do you want to come back and get your new truck. I went back across the street and meet Chenoa who had all my paper work ready for me to sign. I had truck shopped during the summer and sat all day at the car dealer to go home with the same car I had driven there. I just could beleive how efficient your staff was and how enjoyable it was working with both Bruce and Chenoa. I would recomend Rowe to my friends if they were looking to find a car or truck. More
I went in there with a limit of what I wanted to spend and needed something that day as my vehichle had broken down, they showed me what they had available and I had my new car by that night. I when to Rowe Ford in Auburn and talk to Marc , I told him what I have and what I can spend. He did all the work and made it happen along with Charlie and 4hour later I drove away with my new 2008 Ford FX him what I have and what I can spend. When I walked into Rowe, I was very nervous. Immediately when I walked in I was greated with a smile and asked what I wanted and what I was looking for in a vehicle. This was my very first time purchasing a new vehicle and let's be honest, everyone hears horror stories about car salesmen, and this was exactly the opposite. From the salesman to the finance people to the business manager, everyone really made my experience great. Taking the time to go over warranty info and features of my car and even introducing the service department, they really take their time with their customers. They aren't all about the sale and moving on to the next, they really care and put forth a lot of effort to give you what YOU want and make the car buying experience a great one. More

My fiance and I recently went into rowe auburn to get her a car. we worked with Marc Mailhot in the sales department and his customer service was outstanding. Marc then took it above and beyond to find me a car that would work with me and my finances. at that point he did all he could do and left it up to Chenona Sullivan who took her time and with the advice she gave me, made choosing to buy this car easy. after filling out the paper work Marc then took the experiance to the next level when we took the time to go indepth about everything in the car, about the car, anything at all i needed to know. the experiance i had was a great one and I would recommend anyone to shop at rowe auburn.
