I had a great experience with this dealership. I feel like I got a great deal on a great car (2011 Kia Soul). I also got a great value on my trade, which I wasn't expecting, since it was only one year old and had depreciated well past what I owed. They actually paid off my vehicle for me (2010 Kia Rio5). I bought my Rio at another dealership and got completely ripped off (I am a young female and was shopping on my own) and was not happy with my car or service. This was my second purchase from Rowe, and both times I would have to say was a great experience. I purchased a Mitsubishi just before they closed their Mitsubishi branch, with that branch closing I was le would have to say was a great experience. Because of the hassle to get that car serviced I decided it was time to trade it in. At first, I shopped around at other dealers because I have to admit I was still a little bitter about the whole branch closing issue. However, after a less than stellar experience with another dealership, I decided to give Rowe another try. I can not say enough great things about my salesman Brian or Charlie Burns. Rowe had the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. An excellent experience from start to finish. I would recommend Rowe to anyone and everyone! More
