My salesman, Jim Green, is such a nice man and worked with me to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Stefanie was very nice and helpful as well as prompt to responded to my emails. The general manager, Chad worked with me to make the vehicle I wanted fit into my budget. Could not have asked for a better deal. Was introduced to Joe McKeon in service and he was quite friendly and helpful. And, last but not least, Shelby in finance was just a delight to do business with. She got me a great rate and helped me to cancel the warranty on my trade in. Can't say enough nice things about this dealership. More

Upon arriving home I noticed the car was leaking antifreeze so I brought it back the next day to get it fixed. Two days later I picked up the car and drove back home only to find a puddle lying on the pavement. Upon further inspection I found the antifreeze reservoir completely empty so this time I immediately returned to the dealership where it stayed for a week this time. I drove the car for two days and decided to check my fluid levels to find the level oddly low. I purchased a gallon of antifreeze to top off. Over the course of the week I went through a half gallon. On the Friday that week the the check engine and temperature lights came on so I took the car directly to the service manager. His reply was that the car had unfixible issues and nothing more he could do. With this response I spoke with the sales manager and agreed to purchase another car. We agreed to a refund on the amount paid for the defective car and a discount off the price of the second car. The next day I returned to go over final purchase agreement and to my surprise it ended up being a 3 hour event!! In reviewing the numbers I found $4000 discrepancy. I questioned the financial advisor preparing my forms but she couldn’t explain it and started getting agitated with my questions. I also found a 600 mile discrepancy on the odometer disclosure which I brought up to her and the salesman jointly. Neither of them would answer my questions but kept insisting and pressuring me to sign the documents. During my questioning and hesitation the salesman became very aggressive threatening me with lawyers and stating I wouldn’t get the money back without signing. So at this point they took the car and keys back and I have no car. I can not take it back cuz the car isn’t drivable and isn’t safe for or my family. I have no money and debt with the bank. Upon the initial purchase made I signed for the extended warranty. It was supposed to be valid to 109,000 miles and car only had 59806. I requested a duplicate copy of this agreement and found the coverage had been reduced to 24,000!! The staff throughout my experience was very rude and misleading. The manager was the only person in this establishment that I felt had any common sense I don’t know what kind of reputation you are trying to build , just remember your business needs customers but customers don’t need business like yours, where the client is belittled and mistreated. More

I wanted the appearance package installed and they worked with me to get the options I wanted at a fair price. The entire purchase was smooth, they provided a loaner car while it was in service having the work done I wanted. More

All the cars I was interested in were in the lot, and Andrew Nandla I visited Rt. 9 Mazda on Sun. 10/28 to check preowned inventory that I saw online. All the cars I was interested in were in the lot, and Andrew Nandlal allowed me ample time before checking to see if I had any questions. This was a tricky situation because I was looking for a friend, and she liked my CX- 5 as much as me, but wanted a CX-3. Andrew went above and beyond to make this happen for us. It was a sale that Andrew should be patted on the back for. He dealt with a couple of middle aged women and answered every need they had. End result: quick and easy sale! Kudos to Andrew!! More

I went through a few different dealerships with no luck. I was even really close on leasing a Honda SUV, but the process was taking way too long, especially since I was coming out of pocket for a rental everyday that I did not close on a car deal. The Representative helping me seemed like he was only looking to sell his inventory and not find me what I was asking for. I purchased a car on Sunday from Route 9 Mazda. To say this establishment has one of the most professional and dedicated group of employees is an absolute understatement. I was emailed back very promptly after I reached out to this dealership by Stephanie Bernstein. She was an absolute saint. She helped answer all my questions when I was initially inquiring about the 2018 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring. Showed me all my leasing options (I'm going to say one of the most well presented and understandable quotes I've ever seen). I explained to her my situation and she went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. I am thousands of miles away, yet with Stephanie's willingness to help and truly caring personality I felt like I was sitting right in front of her getting this process completed. I started talking to her on Friday September 21st and my Fiance was able to pick up the car with less than an hour spent at the dealership on Sunday September 23rd. Mind you, i'm overseas and never stepped foot inside the dealership. I truly appreciate the Route 9 Mazda team for making this process so easy for me given the hard time we were experiencing and how far away I was. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. They break everything down to you with no confusion, and the best part is they're so affordable. I was able to get the top of the Line 2018 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring AWD and insurance for my car, all for the price I would've paid for a Honda CRV EXL lease alone (which is not their top of the line model). I will most definitely be coming back from deployment to purchase my second car. More
