Andrew asked me many questions to ensure I was looking at the car that was right for me. Throughout the entire transaction it felt very conversational. I didn't feel rushed and I followed along every step of the way. Andrew was incredibly personable and friendly. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything and didn't move forward until he was sure we were on the same page. He showed me features about the car that was relevant to me without overselling every feature of the car. Andrew also checked in with me the next day to see if any questions had popped up and how he could further be of assistance. Once we got into the financial portion, Shelby was incredibly friendly and broke down the most complex terms into words I could understand :) It was an incredibly open environment and nothing like the hostile financial departments I had experience with purchasing cars in the past. We went there took 30 minutes and we we're out of there with our new leased car. Also Marc helped transfer stuff from our old car into the new car. Finally when my wife got in the car she didn't know what we're all the buttons so she asked Marc to explain the car and he gladly said sure with no sound of annoyance. Marc explained everything and like that we said goodbye to Marc and went on our way home. More

He never once made us feel the type of pressure I expected from the car buying experience and let us know exactly what we were looking at- black and white, no catches. We test drove a beautiful car and two hours later, we drove away in it- so excited to begin our new journey in our seemingly luxury, extremely affordable dream car! Shelby made our financing and insurance process a breeze.
