I was told twice it was fixed come pick it up. Both times got there and the car had not even been worked on. I have called 15 times in the past 3 days. Put on hold for 5 minutes and hung up and called again just to be put on hold again. Then today got hung up on 10 times just trying to get an update on the car. More

Right there and then I knew we were in trouble with this place but it was already too late because my husband had just signed the paperwork. We gave them a week to get the car ready. We picked up the car December 29th and had to bring it right back in 2 days because it did not past inspection in my state. But to make this ongoing ordeal short it took the help of Connecticut State Attorney General to get this car "fixed" and ready to pick up 4 months later. More
