We were very comfortable working with him and the negotiations went smoothly. He went out of his way to locate the vehicle that we were looking for and found it at another dealership. He guided us through the finance process to get the truck loan. DJ communicated with us each day to keep us informed of the progress. When the day of the delivery arrived, he assisted us with a careful review of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He is a wonderful person and an important asset to your sales staff. He was very knowledgeable about the car I ended up purchasing, which was surprising because I was at a Nissan dealership buying a used Lexus. I didn't have to wait long before I was approved for the auto loan. I think the total amount time I spent in the dealership was no more than 2 hours. During that time, Sergio stayed with me. he didn't not leave me to talk to someone else, which was very professional. I knew I made the right decision buying from this dealership. More

I came in looking to finance a used car. Mr. Ramirez showed me a few cars until I found the one I liked. He then took me on an extended test drive to really get a feel for the car. Stay far away from this dealership. I went in based on a "Bait and switch" Ad to being with. The deal advertised didn't exist. They lie and make promises they don't intend on keeping just to sell you the "Bait and switch" Ad to being with. The deal advertised didn't exist. They lie and make promises they don't intend on keeping just to sell you the car. Specifically being told you will have free oil changes for the life of the car if done at their dealership. Not true, only 2 free ones a year and if you do "routine maintenance" thru them also. Their sales practices are underhanded and made to confuse the customer so much that you don't really know what you are paying for the car. I paid too much and went back to speak to the boss several times (who was someone different each time) and was basically told "too bad". My salesman Nick really did the best he could for me but his hands were tied on most of my complaints. With so many other dealerships to choose from I wouldn't go here. More

This dealer has made my car buying exp worst ever. I have never seen such a manager, who looks like hired for not selling car. Even i called the show room to confirm that they will honor the quote given by TrueCar and also got email for confirmation. But finally after spending two hour in picking up the car, running the credit. Manage came up with new value of car which is way higher than the quote i confirmed. Manager was so insulting while talking, that i was force to leave the showroom. I will never recommend that showroom, even it is bad for Nissan as well as TrueCar reputation as well. More
