I felt bad, but Jajuan assured me it was alright and sat down with me. Although I was not able to take a vehicle home that night due to the late hour, I was still informed about how to go about this situation. I will be going back later today to speak with him again and hopefully finish the process we had started last night. biggest thanks to this dealership for not turning me away and making my trip a waste! very considerate sales reps! He also recommended the touring package to me because of the fact i have 3 boys who arent so fond of keeping cars clean. with the leather seats, i have less to worry about! after working with this wonderful sales rep we reached a very very honest and reasonable price! they had me smiling the whole time, could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Knowing i have very poor credit, i spoke with Trish Edmondson, the special finance manger and she was more than kind enough to take time out of her busy schedule to sit down and see what i needed. After walking the lot with her personally, we wrote down some stock numbers that i was interested in and she paired me up with chris dasilva, a special finance sales rep. they both assisted me to the fullest and i left that day with a beautiful honda accord!! seriously one of the best dealerships i have been to, definitely worth stopping by.!!
