There had been some phone and email exchanges beforehand, so there was plenty of opportunity for them to accurately describe the car, and they knew we were coming to have a look, so there was plenty of time for them to prep it. But when we arrived, the interior was dirty (not just needing a sweeping, but dirty seats, door panels, etc.), it reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was some very obvious body damage that was beginning to rust where the paint had been damaged. Our salesman at first acted like he didn't see anything wrong with the car, instead just assuming we'd want to take it for a test drive. When we pointed out the issues, he simply stated that it would all be taken care of, but gave no specifics. I have no idea how they could offer this car for sales without these things being addressed first. Anyway, after then trying to upsell us a different vehicle that we didn't want, he gave us the news that their advertised price is actually some sort of "coupon price" that only previous customers of theirs would qualify for. You'd think they might have mentioned that when discussing price over the phone. All in all, we wasted an entire day on this deceptive and unprofessional outfit, and I simply had to take this opportunity to warn others. Not sure how this place gets the positive reviews that it does, but my experience was awful. More

I was very skeptical about all dealerships because of the many times my friends and family have received poor service. however, after reading some lovely reviews online about this dealership, I had decided to stop by to see what everyone was talking about. it doesn't hurt to look right? I am very happy that I had decided to visit Mitsubishi. not only were the positive reviews correct, I received better service than I had anticipated! i definitely had to share my experience to the future customers who are also skeptical about the whole car buying experience. it was nothing short from pleasant. very quick to meet my needs and did not leave me sleeping in the chair for hours. i left with a beautiful mirage! compact and great on gas! who can complain. I decided to stop in because my daughter is going to college in the fall and will be needing a vehicle. nothing too expensive, it being her first car. When I had walked in, the sales reps were very friendly and assisted me right away, specifically Mona Feldman. I was more than pleased with the service that they had provided me. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle because I wanted to bring my daughter in the take a look at it. but it was a beautiful 2012 vw jetta. definitely worth purchasing and will be stopping back later today. More
lovely expierience this was my first time buying a car and i was very scared. i was hopping from dealership to dealership not really sure what i had been looking for. i this was my first time buying a car and i was very scared. i was hopping from dealership to dealership not really sure what i had been looking for. i almost missed this hidden gem because of the small size, but do not let the small size fool you! more hospitality was given from this dealership thanany other dealership i had visited that day. duane martinez was the salesman who welcomed me and seated me at his desk, i had explained to him that i was not quite sure what i had been looking for, all i knew was that i needed a big enough car to bring all my belongings to college but not TOO big. he suggested the outlander sport! i was immediately taken away. there was a beautiful white outlander sport in the show room that took my breath away and after 4 whole hours of patient service, duane had helped me get into my first beautiful car, i could not have been any more happier with this purchase and i am very thankful to this dealership! definitely recommended! I worked with Gino Silva along side with Trish Edmondson (the finance manager) they both worked for a total of 5 hours to help me get a car. I explained my situation, with my credit not being so good, and they told me not to worry about it. even after the purchase they both called me to see how my family and our new car is doing! I love this dealership and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family More

I was doing circles around route 46 looking for this hidden gem and ended up walking in very late. despite the time, alex thormes greeted me like he was under no time limit. he sat me down at his desk and I was very interested in the outlander. I have 3 kids who are all athletes and therefore needed a vehicle with a lot of space. alex agreed with me that the outlander would be a great choice. he walked the lot with me to see the different colors and options they had. I found a beautiful midnight blue outlander and made my mind! unfortunately the banks were closed, but I was so thankful that both alex and luis did not turn me away for showing up at such a late hour. you don't find that now a days More
