A nightmare!! Worst experience ever .. Purchased my car from them on April 1,2017 and 60 days later i still have no plates.The Second temporary plate Expired Yester Worst experience ever .. Purchased my car from them on April 1,2017 and 60 days later i still have no plates.The Second temporary plate Expired Yesterday and they Would not offer me another one.. I have spoken to three managers and still no results ,everytime i talk to someone i get a different story or get transfered to a voicemail. They told me there was a problem with registration, then that there was a problem with the title. So many lies I don't know what to believe. it's been a nightmare !! Sales person was Anthony Hicks who no longer works there.. Sales Manager Luis Tejada who lied to my face when i visit the dealer on 5/30 .. And the only person that seem to have try to help me was Trish .....I will be going to the Honda Dealer for maintance because i can't trust these people. please stay away from this place .. I went because of the good reviews but that was not the case . More

Before I went to them I saw the new model for a great price online but when I got there it was not available. I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend anyone going there. When I left I looked up the book value of my vehicle and found out it was almost 12,000 dollars above Book value. More
