NEVER WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP! !! They are liars, cheaters and scammers. And utterly unproffessional. They kept us there late at night after promising they would be super quick (fir !! They kept us there late at night after promising they would be super quick (first lie), they posted incorrect numbers on their website (second lie), they promised to help us with car insurance which they didnt (third lie) and they failed to disclose that the car we were looking at is hard to insure because of its high theft rate (fourth lie). When we tried to call them to explain our complaints and sort out all the issues, the representative simply got frustrated and hung up on us- unproffessional to the max. It seems as though they are super friendly up until you aren't satisfied with their service and follow them blindly- and then they treat you like absoloute crap. More
I asked about availability of a certain car. I was told before, that I have ask for Vanessa or Rafael. None of them were there, So we were visited by a bored auto dealer there. Told us they don’t have that car. He really didn’t help us to find another option. We drove a large distance on that heavy rain all nothing! I wish they were more clearer. I am sure I won’t set foot there again. More

This dealership is full of lies. I went over to look a 2017 4Runner listed for almost $40,000 and the sales person gave me deceiving info on SUV having rubber coating on bottom for r I went over to look a 2017 4Runner listed for almost $40,000 and the sales person gave me deceiving info on SUV having rubber coating on bottom for rust. Then, 2 days later when I had appointment with manger Akram Ali, upon my arrival he told sales rep. JUST GO DEAL WITH THEM. I DONT FEEL LIKE DEALING WITH THEM. Akram not realizing I was right behind him. Akram was shameless and not a bit embarrassed on his act. On top of that he quickly said, SUV price is final as listed, plus $3500 prep fee, $799 dealer fee, $250 motor vehicle fee. I got a headache and walked out! So, my recommendation don’t shop there. That never happened and all of a sudden the listing price was changed. We called back and received know direct answer and still awaiting some positive contact regarding the listed advertisement for the vehicle. I'm curious to see if they honor what they list especially since listed for numerous weeks at a certain price on multiple sites. So far let's see. Maybe the little guy will get a break for once. Integrity is everything right?! We will see tomorrow....maybe! Will return. More

This dealership has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. They advertised a price of the vehicle as $38,995. We took vehicle for test drive and the alignment is off and there dealerships I have dealt with. They advertised a price of the vehicle as $38,995. As we start discussing numbers they tell us the price is now $51,000 because we are not financing through them. When called out on it, especially cause it doesn’t say it anywhere in their advertisement, they lowered the price back down. Asked them to take a deposit to hold truck while I get my bank check, they told me they don’t and if someone came in they would sell it out from under us to make an extra $3000 of finance fees. Then they put a $4000 certification fee on the paperwork. I tell them I don’t want it and they tell me it’s not optional. I asked them what it covers and they can’t even tell me what it covers until we sign the paperwork. While we were there, they told us they have another appointment coming in for this vehicle. When we walked out, called us within minutes of walking out. They told us that they made it up and didnt have any other appointments for the truck and to come back to dealership to make a deal. Milton called me back and left a message and I tried to call him back but never got a response. The dealership called me like 3 times since and I explained I was waiting for a call and no one called back. I have never dealt with shadiness like this before and bought several cars. I guess all the previous negative reviews were true. They More
