Thank you for your review. Our goal is 100% satisfaction, sometimes we fall short... it's important to know of our shortcomings and address them immediately. We apologize for your recent experience at our service department, I promise you that all of your concerns have been addressed. We realize that being without a vehicle for any period of time is extremely frustrating, we most certainly do not want to add to an already frustrating experience. Please note, it would have greatly assisted the technician if you communicated the (out of the ordinary) cause of the suspension concern forthwith mitigating the additional time required in the diagnostic process. Agreed, communication is paramount and the lack thereof leads to frustration.... in this case the lack of communication between BOTH parties left the end result less than desirable. Thank you again for your review.
