Service department sucks i purchased a new vehicle and needed service within the month of purchase and i called to get in for service b/c check engine Service department sucks i purchased a new vehicle and needed service within the month of purchase and i called to get in for service b/c check engine light came on while car still had temp plates and they wouldnt get me in until 2weeks and said i couldnt walk in unless for oil change but i was able to walk in on day of initial appt, i got there at 7am n my car was not done until 7pm. When you call they always give you run around and place you on hold for over 30min to tell you someone will call you back. More

As I approached the service ce It was nearing that time of the year, and my recently purchased 2013 Corolla was due for an oil change and maintenance. As I approached the service center, I was unsure of whether I had to have an appointment, or I could be seen right away. I decided to check inside to see what my options where. Once inside I was greeted by Jessica, she had a wonderful smile on, and made me feel right at home. She informed me that during the hours that I had arrived, they were currently taking walk in appointments, and they would be more than happy to service my vehicle. All in All the whole process was very quick and simple, and while there were a few other people waiting, the overall experience was very pleasant. I will definitely be returning here for any service needs I have, and I want to give a special thanks to Jessica for easing my confusion! More

Read below.. As a dealership, they have some areas of opportunity to work on. I have brought my car in for various issues over the last 4 years and nearly half the As a dealership, they have some areas of opportunity to work on. I have brought my car in for various issues over the last 4 years and nearly half the time I would get my car back with a different issue that came up. (For example: I brought my car in for the remote starter acting up and when I got my car back, I would hear screaching sounds. Every time I would address it with the dealership, they would tell me it's just a little rust which they've "cleaned off" and I should be good to go. The next 2 times I had oil changes done, I would mention it and got the same response. It wasn't until several months later when I was told that I needed new front and rear brakes, along with rotors and back drums. If they told me ahead of time, I'm sure it wouldn't have gone to that extreme of needing all that stuff.) Another issue was that I had brought my car for an oil change, tire rotation, fix my trunk door that wasn't opening and to fix one of my windows which wasn't opening. When I picked my car up, only an oil change was done and window issue was fixed. I found out the hard way that my rear hatch wasn't fixed, when I was trying to load several huge bags of mulch in my car at the Home Depot parking lot. I had to make another appointment for rear hatch and tire rotation, so thank God they're car rental process is simple. It's sad that there aren't many dealer options to choose from in the Little Falls area. The 2 most awesome service advisors (and the primary reason why this dealership deserves 3 starts instead of 1) are Joe P. and Danny P. These 2 guys gave me follow up calls while my vehicle was getting worked on and really made me feel valued. Another kudos goes to Heather who works in car rentals. She always goes above and beyond. When I went to pick up my car and noticed an issue and refused to drive it out of the dealership, she was able to accomodate me immediately. More

Poor Service I brought my new 6 month old Jeep into be checked for a rattling noise in the sunroof track. I was told it should take 2-3 days by the service adviso I brought my new 6 month old Jeep into be checked for a rattling noise in the sunroof track. I was told it should take 2-3 days by the service advisor assigned to me. The service advisor said he would call me with an update in 24 hours. Do you think I received a call? After calling and numerous VM later on day 4 I was informed the service advisor had a death in the family and will be out of work. My response was I am sorry to hear but that doesn't mean my vehicle should sit until he gets back. Once I got a hold of the service manager I was informed the whole track had to be replaced. He would place the order. Come to find the tracks are back ordered (on a brand new vehicle). The manager was unable to provide a timeline of when the track would come in. 16 days later I was contacted by my the original advisor to come pick up the vehicle. I go and "pick up" test the sunroof and it doesn't close. As I begin to realize the sunroof is stuck open I notice the plastic headers on both sides of the Jeep are falling off. I immeditely go back inside and they are in shock. They take the Jeep back into the garage and advise they would call me once its fixed AGAIN. Next day they call to tell me everything was fixed and to come pick the Jeep up. Once back at the dealership I test the sunroof visor first. It doesn't close at all. I don't even test the sunroof before going into the service department to get a service advisor because naturally mine is not there. the advisor comes out and is in shock yet again. He then asks me to try the sunroof itself. As I press open. This horrific sound of crunching metal occurs. The service manager in shear panic as I am covering my head. We both look up to find the track completely folded up. Needless to say I am still without my 2016 Jeep Cherokee that I have had for 6 months. More

Jim Ryerson is a very knowledable and trustworthy employee. He explains what is needed and does his best to get the job done in a timely and perfect fashion. I have actually been at three different dealerships with the same vehicle just because Jim is a person I can trust and rely on. I have had plenty of repair work done during the 13 years but I am always happy and content knowing my car is well cared for.
