Afternoon , they called me 7:30am Mon. trying to up sell me a radiator flush, said no, told them I’ll pick truck up at 4. Told that would be fine, called at 1:45 to check on it and was told they were working on it as we spoke and it would be done by 4. My wife left work an hr. Early to take me to pick it up, at 4:15 as we’re just about there , get a call that it’s not ready come pick it up on tues. REALLY!! Got here and told truck WASN’T EVEN TOUCHED! Not even oil change! Went ballistic , STAY AWAY from this place , EVERY TIME I come here it’s a disaster! More

I gather not all the Service Advisors there could be as bad as the one I had. Couldn't be possible or don't see how the place could still be in business. We were treated rudely from the day the vehicle was brought in until we picked it up. What we were told would take about 4 days took 17 days. When we finally picked the car up there were mud prints inside the car, another advisor saw the condition and told us to bring the car back whenever we wanted to a full detailing at no charge. This all happened in December 2017. When we took the car for an oil change in Januiary he informed us that a bolt was missing on the transmission. We brought the Jeep back for the detailing and informed them about this missing bolt. They acknowledged it was missing and replaced it. Now the latest, we're in July and the transmission is leaking, appears to be from a seal. I've taken it to another dealer and have opened my second case with the Jeep Customer Care Service Center. I would never use this dealership for anything again. They are located on a major highway in NJ and all the bad concerns someone has about dealing with car dealers....well you can find them all here. This is after bringing my vehicle in for rear wheel brake service and tire rotation at RT 46 Jeep in Little Falls. Several days later and many messages left for the service manager and not a word from these idiots. Clearly they're not interested in the safety and well being of their customers. DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE OR THE LIVES OF YOUR PASSENGERS! You could literally DIE and Cause the death of others if you take your vehicle to be serviced at this joke of a service department. I am issuing a formal complaint to Jeep and the transportation department agains these clowns and HIGHLY recommend that if yo've had the misfortune of bring your vehicle to RT 46 Jeep in Little Falls, NJ, promptly bring it to a REAL mechanic and professional to inspect the work. Don't risk your life! More
Terrible Service I tried to return my car today because me lease is up and they were not helpful at all. They told me if I wasn't buying a car today then they would not have space for my car and that I should call another dealership even though I purchase the car from them. More

My lease is up today May 16 2018, and they have called me over 30 times in the last month as a reminder to tell me that my lease is up and to go over my options. I have told several different Representatives that my plan is to return the car once my lease is up and that I'm not looking to purchase another vehicle at this time. Each time I told a representative this their tone changed and they were rushing me off the phone. They all informed me I didn't need to make and appointment unless I'm looking to buy another vehicle. So when I called up there today to return my vehicle I was asked, "was I interested in purchasing a new vehicle today". Once I replied No, I was told that their is only one person named RJ that deals with Lease Returns. I then asked if I can return the vehicle today and come back tomorrow to fill out what ever paper work needed to done. I was told no without and explanation. I then asked to speak to the Manager. I was then told the Manager was off today as well. I then ask if I can speak with the general manager and was told NO. I then asked can I speak to someone else in regards to this matter. I was instructed by a gentlemen that I can call another Chrysler dealership and return it there. I asked him for the number to the Verona location and was told that I would have to Google it in a very unprofessional matter. I called the Verona location and was told that they would only take my vehicle if I purchase a car from them. This dealership only gives you good customer service if you are purchasing a car. If your not making a purchase that treat you like your bothering them. I will never make another purchase from this dealership or any Chrysler Dealership again in My Life. More
Long wait and forgetful I had an appointment for 3oclock today 4 1/2 hours later I go out and they didn’t know I was a waiter on my invoice it states I was! 30 min. Oil change Came here today for the 30min oil change. What a joke got there at 10:15. At 11:40 my Jeep was parked in the same place . Worst dealership I've ever done business with Absolutely terrible. I purchased a used car from them, granted I took into consideration that this car was used. They gave me a few days to get this J Absolutely terrible. I purchased a used car from them, granted I took into consideration that this car was used. They gave me a few days to get this Jeep inspected by my own mechanic as there were a few small issues. Turns out that this car had to have the instrument cluster changed 3 times (jeep was in there service department garage for about a month), the oil pan and trans pan were rusted out and the fluids were very low. Then they decided to tell me that I should give this car back and buy a brand new one from them.. I do have a warranty on the Jeep for any issues BUT I would never ever suggest anyone buy any vehicle from this location. Few days ago I went in for a recall and bow a sensor is "messed up" in my car. Service department is absolutely horrific. More
