The absolute worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I was a parts and service director at a Ford dealer for 20 years and am absolutely disgusted at the treatment by this dealers service department. I never write reviews but am taking the time to hopefully prevent someone else from going through what I did. Long story short I brought my daughter's 200 there for $2800 in engine work due to known rocker arm defect and paid without any complaint. Less than 6 months later the car breaks down and I have towed back in and after lie, after lie talking to me like I have zero clue how an engine works it takes 2 weeks before the Service manager calls me back to tell me he apologizes for being lied to that the engine locked up and considering how I just spent so much on it so recent he would contact Chrysler to see if he could get warrantied. Well 2 more weeks of no calls and me calling every day to ask what was going on and being told they would call me back I end up with the parts manager, yes that's right the parts manager, telling me there is nothing they can do for me. I later find my car in the shop and all the misdiagnosed parts they told me it needed being taken out then get a call from the assistant service manager telling me he's sorry for everything I went through and there will obviously be no bill. Never even diagnosed what was wrong or gave me a price to fix because it inevitably was engine failure from the rocker arm and cam they put in 6 months earlier. So a month later, lie after lie, a display of total disrespect to their customer I ended up towing the car out to have fixed elsewhere and pay the price for their incompetence and zero respect for their customers. It will be a cold day in xxxx before I ever let any I know go to this dealer and never, ever will a Chrysler product ever be in my driveway. An absolute disgrace to all car dealers and places like this give dealers a bad name even though there are so many wonderful ones out there. More

Horrible communication Horrible service Last week I made an appointment for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, recall and a campaign and a multipoint inspection. Took 3 Hours, and my advisor Dave Fresco never came to give me an update. Parts were not in stock for the recall, and the campaign was just to inspect my non existent trailer hitch. So basically 3 hours for an oil change and rotate. Never got anything regarding the multipoint inspection. No recommendations for a truck just shy of 100,000 miles? When I was billed out I pointed out to Dave Fresco it did not state full synthetic oil as I requested so I asked Dave Fresco if he was certain that was what was put in the truck, he said I think so. According to the repair order part number 4761839PC was put into the vehicle. This is 10W30 oil which is not the correct oil for my vehicle, nor is it the full synthetic that I requested. Vehicle was not washed and the plastic seat cover and floor mat were still in the vehicle. On a second topic I was called back a few days later and told my parts had arrived. I asked if I could drop off the vehicle that night and pick it up the next day. So I drop the truck off for the recall after 9pm, and take an Uber home. I receive a call the next day that the parts are not in. Since this is not my primary vehicle I agree to pick it up 2 days later (Due to the holiday). Again when I pick up my vehicle there seems to be some confusion. The service advisor forgot to change the pay type to warranty. Not a big deal, but my vehicle was there for a few days and the fact that the paperwork was not double checked causes some concern. It was fixed right away by another advisor. Go to get my truck and again not washed and floor mat and plastic seat cover were not removed. The tech did leave a nice pair of dykes on the seat though. And again no inspection report. I felt very unappreciated by these actions and will NOT return. I honestly don't trust the work that was performed. More

shady service weaseled out of replacing the battery i'm leasing my jeep from this dealership, so they offer free oil changes - i went 3 times for oil changes. last week i went for my fourth oil change, i'm leasing my jeep from this dealership, so they offer free oil changes - i went 3 times for oil changes. last week i went for my fourth oil change, and my battery died a week before. i charged the batter, came in to the dealership and told the service writer that my batter diet last week and i ended up charging it, so i wanted to have it replaced. he looked up my account in the computer and told me that he sees that last 3 times that i was there for service it said in the notes that i have a faulty cell in the batter, so i told him if that's the case i would like it replaced. the service writer told me no problem it will be at least $200 i asked how come it's a leased car and i'm still paying the lease. so, the service writer told me that the car has 39000 miles and it is out of warranty. my thing is if they knew about the defect in the battery why do i need to pay for it - he didn't respond, all he was saying is - it will cost you $200 to replace it. this dealership is shady and dishonest to say the least - ZERO INTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE More
WORST SERVICE EVER! DISGUSTING ORGANIZATION! WORST SERVICE EVER! I’ve been tortured by this dealership for 7 months now and still do not have my Jeep back. I’ve never written a review before but WORST SERVICE EVER! I’ve been tortured by this dealership for 7 months now and still do not have my Jeep back. I’ve never written a review before but I need to inform people what they are getting into with this dealership. I’ll summarize 7 months of ridiculousness: -bring jeep in for service Bc heat not working in October 18. They say they can prob fix but that failed costing me ~$1600 to replace the part. Get the jeep back to find that the heat still does NOT work, My 4 wheel drive was never reconnected, My radio was not put back correctly, there was a part module not reinstalled and left on my dash, and one of my fog lights was also broken. They touched all these things to fix the heat and could care less to put them back correctly. -January I’m still dealing with the heat issue and also take jeep for an oil change. I uber there to pick up the car only to find out the oil change was not even done. Was going on a long drive after and needed it done so I had no choice but to wait. 2 HOURS it took. I leave with even more disgust and head out on my long trip. Get 2 hours away and my car dies in the middle of a highway at night and cars are flying by. I get the car towed back to jeep a few days later. I get a rental car in the meantime. They admit to damaging my oil pump which leaked oil during my entire drive and seized my engine. They try to replace part of the engine which did not work. Then a full new engine goes in. Doesn’t work. During these months I am still driving a rental car. They ask me to return the rental and take a loaner from them. I do so. The rental cost over $1500 since I had it so long. AFTER apparently 3 BAD MOTORS and many more months of torture they say the Jeep is complete and that I had to come pick it up. I was going to be away for one week and Told them I couldn’t come and also I would not take my Jeep until they had a reimbursement check for me for the rental I had to use. I was then told that I was “holding their loaner car hostage.” Imagine the audacity they have to treat me like this after what I’ve gone through with them. Disgusting. However that week goes by and I did pick up the jeep as they assured me everything was perfect. I get home and the check engine light goes on. Bring it back immediately and they reset some sensor. Drive home and again the light comes on. Leave it at the dealership so they can do a full evaluation. I did not receive any courtesy updates at any time, so I check in myself after one full week. The response I got was “honestly we have not looked at it yet.” That was after one full week. This is in JULY 2019 now. They still have the jeep but apparently it was ready for pick up so I got an automated email asking to fill out a survey about my experience with the service. I filled it out honestly as I was disgusted with the entire experience. I immediately received a text from the service manager to “delete my number” Bc I had cost him a bonus. I tried to avoid making this review but it has gotten past the point of being the nice guy any more. I called the VP and the president who’s number is in the show room. It says to call if not 100% satisfied. I’ve left multiple messages for them and have not received a return call. Maybe this will get their attention and they’ll be aware of the business they are running. We are in July now and no matter what they tell me about my Jeep I have absolutely no confidence that they fixed anything. I am going to be stuck with a Jeep that I feel will definitely have many problems in the near and distant future. If and when somebody with authority wants to take responsibility you will know exactly who I am and how to get in touch with me if you contact your service manager. I will never recommend anybody put yourself through torture with this dealership. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Just picked my Jeep up today and there are still issues appearing on the dash. Absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable. More
