I really depend on Chrysler Jeep to fix anything that happens to my Jeep! The prices is steep and I should had gotten a more of a discount from being a long time customer so next time I would really appr happens to my Jeep! Awful service department. Brought my car in for a minor fix, $658 later, I drive the car home and it still isn't fixed (because the work they did never needed to be done). Spoke to two service managers on separate occasions who were supposed to call me back the next day and never did. Nothing but the runaround. They flat out lied right to my face. Service reps take the time to explain all the options you have in order to make the best choice on service. My issue had to do with software and maps for the uconnect system. The software update uconnect ind have in order to make the best choice on service. My issue had to do with software and maps for the uconnect system. The software update uconnect indicated I needed may have caused the radio to crash and had no benefit to the maps. More
