My jeep was in for an oil change and tire rotation for an 8:15a scheduled appointment. I was on time. When I asked the young woman in the service department if they also balance the tires during the rotati 8:15a scheduled appointment. I was on time. I asked if I could add this to the service and she said yes. 2 hrs later the vehicle wasn’t ready. I asked how much longer? She said not much longer. She finally came out and said it was ready. I looked at the paper work and the tires weren’t balanced. She failed to relay this to the mechanic. I had to wait another 1 hour or so. The young gentleman who she was training came to me around 1p. I was there close to 5 hrs which was ridiculous! I wasn’t coming back to have this done. She offered me a 10% discount and I said I’m not paying for the tire balancing after waiting for several hours and that she failed to put the request in to have it done. Her supervisor okayed the pro bono service for the tire balancing. In the end, she needs to listen and write things down the customer requests instead of saying yes she’ll take care of it. I was so annoyed because I work and it took a half of days work from me that I don’t get paid for. More

Three years ago I brought my car to the dealership because the washers didn’t work when the car was delivered to me . I brought the vehicle to the dealer three times while it was in warranty and all t because the washers didn’t work when the car was delivered to me . I brought the vehicle to the dealer three times while it was in warranty and all three times they could not fix the problem with the washers not washing the windows. Now that the vehicle is out of warranty they found the problem and charged me $980 for the part I feel like they kicked the can down the road far enough so that the customer would have to pay for the part instead of it being warranted. I walk through the sales floor and have to hear salesman cursing back-and-forth between each other. I would not recommend this place even to an enemy. More
